Cancellation, Postponement and Refund Policy

Classroom Courses (In-House)

Upon registering and processing the payment (full or instalment) for a course, you are bound by the following terms:

Cancellations:

Immediate Cancellation: An administrative fee constituting 25% of the course fee will be retained for any cancellations made post-registration. Refunds will be processed for the remaining amount if the cancellation request is made 5 working days prior to the course start date.

Late Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 working days before the course commencement.

Course Postponement:

You can postpone your course without any charges if the request is made 5 working days prior to the course start date. Postponements made less than 5 working days before the course starting date will not be entertained.

Unforeseen Cancellations by Academy Training:

Academy Training has the discretion to cancel any course that doesn’t meet the minimum delegate requirement or if unexpected circumstances arise that prevent a safe training environment. In such cases, participants can either opt for an alternative course date or be eligible for a full refund.

Online Courses (Distance Learning)

Cancellations: You may cancel your course within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. However, cancellations will not be accepted once login details for the online study platform are issued, unless the request was made prior to the release of login details.

If study materials were dispatched, they must be returned before processing the refund.

Refund requests can be directed to info@academytraining.io or via post to: Academy Training, Klarity House, 41 Commerce Road, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6LR. Please anticipate a 30-day period for the completion of refunds.

Note: No refund is possible once the course has been accessed or redeemed.

Course Access: Allow up to 2 working days post-registration to receive your online training login credentials.

All refunds, regardless of the course type, will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.

Note: Academy Training reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at its discretion.
